Teaching ESOL Literacy Learners – A Learning Unlimited self-access course
The Teaching ESOL Literacy Learners course (“The Course”) and its online content will be available to enrolled participants for twelve weeks from the date they pay the Course registration fee.
“The Participant” refers to an individual (person) who has paid the registration fee and has enrolled on the Course.

Learning Unlimited (LU) accepts the £50 Course registration fee through an online payments page on the LU website. Questions or issues specifically regarding the methods of payments / refunded transactions should be addressed to LU directly by email at: julia.mcgerty@learningunlimited.co. If there are other problems, or questions about joining the Course please contact the team by email at tells@learningunlimited.co.
The registration fee covers administration and technical services to be able to provide the online Course. The fee includes access to the course content for the twelve week duration, a code to access a copy of Teaching Basic Literacy to ESOL Learners – a teacher’s guide, and an optional Course Completion certificate (in pdf format). If the Participant requires additional time to complete the course, access for an extra 14 days can be purchased for £20. Please email tells@learningunlimited.co to arrange this within 14 days of the Course end date.
The Participant agrees not to disclose or transfer their course enrolment, voucher code or account password to any third party or any other participant. Breach of this condition may result in immediate termination/suspension of the participant’s Course account and enrolment on the Course.
If the Participant wishes to cancel their participation on the Course, then they will be eligible to apply for a full refund within a 14 days cooling off period according to Consumer Contract Regulations 2013. This condition applies only if you have not completed the pre-course questionnaire. Please contact us by email at tells@learningunlimited.co. Refunds which are granted will be processed by LU, subject to a £10 administration fee.
Upon successfully completing the Course, the Participant can claim the Certificate of Completion which will be provided in pdf format.
Complaints can be made by email to tells@learningunlimited.co. These complaints will be responded to within 5 working days.

Course participants’ data and information are protected as per the Data Protection Act 1998 & GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation Act 2018) and they will be used only for educational purposes.

The Participant is responsible for protecting their own username and password and for any activities or actions on the Course under their password.
These terms and conditions shall be directed by and interpreted by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes and claims arising shall be completely subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
